Securing evidence

In case of an accident or any other loss involving a bike, we see to it that evidence is secured immediately.

And if there is disagreement between supplier and customer, e.g. due to a defect or material failure, it often helps already to secure the evidence before the component in question is given to the supplier for examination. If necessary, i.e. if no agreement is achieved, an expert’s report can be drawn up on the basis of the evidence secured. Furthermore, securing evidence at an early stage is always reasonable when there is the risk that traces are obliterated, e.g. by corrosion.
