- Basics of the value creation processes and business models in the service industry as well as project management and customer behaviour

Major field of study International Services Management (modules 3rd – 6th semester)

Aims:
The aim of the dual study programme business administration focussing on services management, with a focus on international services management, is to impart the necessary management skills for internationally oriented service providers and the associated skills of organisation, planning, control and communication.
Graduates can be employed in a variety of fields (e.g. consulting, controlling, planning, organisation, marketing, sales, logistics) and are particularly qualified for the following fields of activity:
- International account and service delivery management
- International project management
- International human resources and collaboration management
