The Forum Fahrrad Show offers various lectures
An extensive supporting programme with lectures and workshops is to prepare specialist retailers fully for the coming season. Four lectures respectively on the following topics will be held on Monday and Tuesday:
- “Die perfekte Reparatur-Annahme“ (The perfect service reception), Thorsten Larschow
- “Bauteiletausch an Pedelecs: Was geht?“ (Parts replacement on pedelecs: What’s up?), Dirk Zedler
- “Marketing im Fahrrad-Fachgeschäft“ (Marekting at the bike specialist shop), Johannes Josnik
- “Preise durchsetzen, Rabatte vermeiden“ (Keeping the prices, avoiding discounts), Thomas Bottin

More details on the individual workshops with time schedule available on the spot. On Sunday, August 26, 2018, the Show will be open to all interested parties.
