All about bicycles, electric-assisted bikes, technology and safety in the press

The most common safety risks that we come across in our daily work around bicycle safety, technology and operating instructions are also published by us in articles in the leading German special-interest magazines TOUR (Europe's road bike magazine no. 1), BIKE (Europe's mountain bike magazine no. 1), MYBIKE and EMTB in order to make this information, which is important for the industry, available to a wider public.

For many years now, the Eurobike Show Daily, trade fair magazine of the annual Eurobike Show, has also given us the opportunity to publish our view of major developments in the cycle industry in full-page articles.

We also speak regularly in independent expert presentations about all areas of bicycle technology and the bicycle market. In addition, we are quoted by further special-interest magazines of the industry and the trade as well as increasingly by radio and television in their media reports, which shows us that we are spot on with our advice. The section "News" informs you about the latest news from our specialist areas. The reports and publications of this section are listed chronologically or according to areas of interest.

“Green HRM” practise: more environmental consciousness in human resource work

Today, more and more companies are recognising the added value of environmentally conscious human resources work. HR managers can effectively contribute to ecological action even with small steps by integrating individual components into daily operational routines. This makes their companies as employers more attractive for environmentally conscious talents and qualified employees and is at the same time an effective contribution to sustainable corporate development. This is how a holistic Green Human Resource Management can gradually be established that aligns all human resource functions with ecological criteria.

Zedler Institute rely on qualified employees with a specific passion for bicycles

At the Ludwigsburg Zedler Institute everything is focussing on bicycles. In the company-own test laboratory complete bicycles and individual components are tested for durability and safety. For the Ludwigsburg company the bicycle is not only the focus of their services, but also the symbol for a sporty, healthy and sustainable lifestyle. When looking for new employees, the interest in sustainable mobility and passion for cycling are part of the job profile. Almost all employees come to work by bike and are passionate about cycling in their free time. On the career website and in job advertisements Zedler is explicitly looking for like-minded people.
