All about bicycles, electric-assisted bikes, technology and safety in the press

The most common safety risks that we come across in our daily work around bicycle safety, technology and operating instructions are also published by us in articles in the leading German special-interest magazines TOUR (Europe's road bike magazine no. 1), BIKE (Europe's mountain bike magazine no. 1), MYBIKE and EMTB in order to make this information, which is important for the industry, available to a wider public.

For many years now, the Eurobike Show Daily, trade fair magazine of the annual Eurobike Show, has also given us the opportunity to publish our view of major developments in the cycle industry in full-page articles.

We also speak regularly in independent expert presentations about all areas of bicycle technology and the bicycle market. In addition, we are quoted by further special-interest magazines of the industry and the trade as well as increasingly by radio and television in their media reports, which shows us that we are spot on with our advice. After the successful completion of the autumn training series, we are taking a break to attend some interesting events (see below). We will be back in February and March 2026.

The new dates for the workshop “Product Safety and Liability, GPSR (General Product Safety Regulation), CE Marking” as well as for the “Basic” training course for bicycle experts and the “Advanced” training course will follow soon.

ZIV – German Bicycle Industry: Technology Conference 2025

Dirk Zedler and Philipp Kipker will be attending the ZIV Technology Conference in Berlin from 19 to 20 November 2025.

On Thursday, November 20, at 10:15 a.m., Dirk Zedler will participate in a panel discussion on the topic of “New user groups – new risks?”

VSF annual conference 2025

Dirk Zedler will enrich this year's VSF annual conference in Leipzig with a 90-minute presentation on the topic of “GPSR: New obligations for manufacturers and dealers”.

There are several opportunities to attend the lecture:

This detailed presentation will be supplemented by 45 minutes of information on the topic of “Duty to instruct – Technical documentation in accordance with GPSR, fundamentals and case law” on Monday, 24.11.2025 at 11:00 am.
