Successful in the Dirty Race

Head-to-head race at the 22nd Dirty Race in Murr, which lived up to its name.

Company rider Julian Großkopf of team Zedler-Institut fought a thrilling duel with last year’s winner Jonas Hoffmann at the duathlon (5 km Street-Run1, 15 km MTB-Cross-Country, 4,4 km Cross-Run2).

in almost the same time. In the cross-country race, the leading Hoffmann slowed down after his rival Julian fell on the slippery MTB course until he was back on his bike. In Run2, Julian was able to pull away and finished with a total time of 1:00:03, eight seconds ahead of Hoffmann, around 6 minutes ahead of third place and with a lot of dirt on his skin and jersey.

Together with the Head of Quality, Philipp Kipker, also team Zedler-Institut, Julian also won third place in the team ranking. Congrats to both athletes.
