The sweepstake is open to natural persons who are legal residents of Germany, Switzerland and the Netherlands, aged 18 or older at the time of entry. In addition, the participants must have already ordered the organizer's testing services or be employees of a commissioning partner of the organizer.
In order to enter the sweepstake, participants must comply with (oder fulfil) the terms and conditions described in this document. This includes the completion of the Microsoft Forms questionnaire.
The entry of the sweepstake is free of charge. - Start and end dates of the sweepstake
Participants can enter the sweepstake from January 26, 2026 until February 09, 2026, 11:59 P.M. CET.
- Prize
The prizes consists in five (5) vouchers free of charge for the workshop “Product Safety and Liability, GPSR, CE Marking”, each worth 490 €. The workshops are offered by the organizer, i.e. Zedler-Institut. They will take place on the premises of the organizer at the address mentioned above. Additional costs, for example transportation costs, accommodation or catering, are not included in the prize. The gift vouchers for the workshop are valid exclusively for the event on May 19, 2026.
- Date of prize draw
The winners will be notified in writing by email. The notified winners have to acknowledge acceptance of the prize within 10 business days by replying to the e-mail with a clear answer. If a winner does not respond to the e-mail within the given time frame, he or she loses the prize and a new winner is determined.
The determination of the winners is done by impartial drawing. - Prize claim
The prize will be distributed by email in the form of a voucher for free participation in the above-mentioned event of the Zedler-Institut.

The participants of this sweepstake agree to the data processing as defined by the following document.
The following data is being processed: name, e-mail address, company
Purpose of the data processing is the implementation of the sweepstake. The data is necessary to check the eligibility and to determine and notify the winners. Participation is only possible by providing the required data mentioned above. Otherwise, the winners cannot be contacted via e-mail.
Legal basis:
The data processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. a) GDPR based on the consent of the participants. Art. 6 (1) lit. b) GDPR constitutes a further legal basis. Accordingly, the data processing of personal data is carried out to fulfil a contract.
Duration of storage of the data:
The data collected for the prize draw and delivery of prizes is deleted at the latest three weeks after redeeming the voucher or after the one-year deadline. Responsible party: Zedler – Institut für Fahrradtechnik und -Sicherheit GmbH, Hundshalde 4, 71634 Ludwigsburg.
Participants have the right to receive information about the origin, the recipient and the purpose of their stored personal data free of charge at any time. They have also the right to request the correction, blocking or deletion of this data. They can contact us at any time at the address given in the legal notice if they have further questions on the subject of data protection. Furthermore, they have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent surveillance authority.

Exclusions from participation
We reserve the right to disqualify participants in the event of suspected manipulation of the participation process, violation of the terms and conditions of the sweepstake or violation of public decency, thus depriving them of the chance to win. Participation after the end date stated above will not be considered.
Multiple entries, for example with additional e-mail addresses, are not permitted.
Cash payment of the prize is not possible.
Any recourse to courts of law is excluded.
Disclaimer of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the liability of the organizer is excluded.
General
The organizer assures that compliance with the code of conduct of the terms and conditions of the sweepstake is given.
