All about bicycles, electric-assisted bikes, technology and safety in the press

The most common safety risks that we come across in our daily work around bicycle safety, technology and operating instructions are also published by us in articles in the leading German special-interest magazines TOUR (Europe's road bike magazine no. 1), BIKE (Europe's mountain bike magazine no. 1), MYBIKE and EMTB in order to make this information, which is important for the industry, available to a wider public.

For many years now, the Eurobike Show Daily, trade fair magazine of the annual Eurobike Show, has also given us the opportunity to publish our view of major developments in the cycle industry in full-page articles.

Second Sustainability Report of Zedler-Group

Zedler-Group have presented their Sustainability Report 2020/21. In the report, the company describes steps and ambitions to make their own business activities fit for the future.

n the second Sustainability Report Zedler also show themselves committed to corporate responsibility. The company-internal processes are monitored and to be further optimised. When it comes to energy efficiency, commitment for the employees and social issues the company wants to be transparent. “Our target is not only to make bicycles and electric-assisted bikes more user-friendly, more endurable and thus safer, but also to operate a business that takes as little from nature as possible”, says managing director Dirk Zedler.
 
Awarded on several occasions
The climate-positive building of the institute for bicycle technology and safety was awarded the “Platinum” certificate by the German Sustainable Building Council (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Nachhaltiges Bauen e.V.) last year. This is the highest certification awarded by the non-profit organization. See the report of velobiz.de. The company was also handed over the Business Award for the Environment 2020. See the report of velobiz.de. According to statements by the company, medium-term targets set by politicians for a climate-neutral operation have already been achieved.
