In the Netherlands, fatbikes are widely reviled; now they are spreading to Germany as well. Tuning cheap Chinese e-bikes is incredibly easy – and extremely dangerous.

Children's vehicle, therapeutic bicycle – and prone to tipping in corners: tricycles did not have a good reputation. But modern models are becoming increasingly popular among adults. Manufacturers have a particular target group in mind.

In mid-April, 20 participants in Ludwigsburg expanded their knowledge and professional expertise in the assessment of modern bicycles, e-bikes, and cargo bikes through a targeted two-day training program. The key focus areas of the training are outlined below.
